- By Being a Full Time Member at Oneida Community Golf Club, you’re also entitled to full membership privileges at McConnellsville Golf Club as well.
- Each Early Paid or Installment Plan will receive 3 free green fee passes. Installment Plan payments are due on the 1st of each month or we will automatically charge your credit card on the 1st of each month.

Cart Dues Payment for cart fees can be made at a later date - payment required by April 1, 2012

Private cart dues are not subject to sales tax. Leased cart dues are subject to 8% sales tax. |
* Private cart owners must provide proof of liability insurance naming Sherrill-Kenwood Golf Club, LLC and the Oneida Community Mansion House as additional insured - minimum amount of $300,000. Private cart owners are allowed to have passengers ride for free. Children under age 16 are not allowed to operate a motorized golf cart. |

2012 Chit Program
In 2012 we will be continuing the Chit Program for each membership purchased. It will be $200 per membership - due by May 1, 2012. If you are on the dues installment plan you may add $17.00 per month to that payment to cover your chit.
Once your chit is paid your account will be credited $200 and you will be able to charge any food or beverage item during the season until your account reaches the $200, at that point you will be able to replenish your account if you would like.
Chit cannot be used for:
- Any member tournament entry fees
- Any outside tournament entry fees
- Any cart fees or guest green fees
- Any pro shop merchandise
Oneida Community Golf Club 2012 Grounds Assessment
The $100 grounds assessment will be mandatory for each membership purchased. The grounds assessment will provide a fund specifi cally and solely used for necessary equipment replacement and major grounds projects.
If you are on the dues installment plan you may add $9.00 per month to that payment to cover the grounds assesment.
- No assesment for student memberships
- A $50 assesment for Junior Memberships under 29
